PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Unfortunately, we don’t have a store front at this time. However, we can offer local pickup for most items except ones in the categories of: Headwear, Footwear, Accessories, and Embroidered items.
If you choose local pickup, please first make sure that your item isn’t one of the aforementioned items. Next, we will contact you when your order is ready and you may pick it up from our printer’s, located at 5010 Summer Ave, Memphis Tn 38122, between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.
If you choose to have your order shipped to you, each item is custom printed and shipped to you directly. We do not keep stock of already printed items.
Items are normally shipped out within in 5-7 business days. Then, it will be sent via USPS, unless you choose an upgraded shipping at checkout. The upgraded shipping will only speed up the shipping, it will have no effect on the processing times.
You can also choose local delivery with pricing based on your zip code. These orders will be hand-delivered to you within approximately 6-8 business days. You will receive a tracking number to watch your order’s movements on the day of delivery.
Please remember that if you place your order after hours, it will be entered into the system on the following business day. If you place your order on the weekend, it will be entered into the system on Monday.
