Each order is custom printed and shipped to you directly if you choose "shipping" at checkout. After placing your order, you can expect to receive your BluffCity Tee tracking number within 7-9 business days or as detailed on the product page for your specific item or items. Please remember that if you place your order after hours, it will be entered into the system on the following business day. Our fulfillment departments are closed on weekends and major holidays. If you place your order on the weekend, it will be entered into the system on Monday. During the holiday season, sales or special promotions, fulfillment may take a little longer, so we kindly ask for your patience. We’ll get it to you, we promise! Once fulfilled, you should receive an email from us with a specific USPS or UPS tracking number that will give you real time updates about when your new favorite item will arrive on your doorstep! If you choose an upgraded shipping option at checkout, this will only speed up the shipping times, it will have no effect on the processing times.
LOCAL PICKUP:
If you choose local pickup at checkout, you will receive an email when your order is available for pickup from our printer. Please wait to receive this email before trying to pick up your order and please NO phone calls to our printer - they are busy preparing your order! NO ACCESSORIES, HEADWEAR, FOOTWEAR, OR EMBROIDERED ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL PICKUP. If you include one of these items in your order, you will be billed for shipping or that portion of your order will be cancelled.
LOCAL DELIVERY:
If you choose Local Delivery, your order will be hand delivered to you by our third-party partner, Roadie. Your order will take a minimum of 6 business days to process before being scheduled for delivery. We will send you a tracking number to track your order in real time. NO ACCESSORIES, HEADWEAR, FOOTWEAR, OR EMBROIDERED ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL PICKUP. If you include one of these items in your order, you will be billed for shipping for that portion of your order, or that portion of your order will be cancelled.
